The Fork in the Road Foundation was created from a powerful moment in our founder, Corey Stewart’s, life. After years of homelessness and living in an 18-wheeler with his family, Corey returned to school three grades behind. Faced with a tough choice—enroll in the 4th, 5th, or 6th grade—he chose the 5th, knowing it meant graduating at age 20. It wasn’t the easiest choice, but it was the right one for his future. That decision became his “fork in the road”—and the inspiration for this foundation. Today, Corey is using his journey to help young people face their own defining moments with confidence, guidance, and support—so they can succeed on their own terms.
